HIS is an IB World School for the Middle Years Programme.
Our classes currently run from Nursery to Year 8. Our Teaching and Learning approaches are concept-driven, inquiry-led and research-based. Our goal is to provide learners from around the world with programmes that are significant, relevant, engaging and challenging, using local and global contents. We also aim to provide an environment for students to become self-motivated and confident individuals. Our curriculum is not only based on academics but is also focused towards developing the unique talent/s of each individual.
The program is designed for students from 12- 17 years. The MYP focuses on the holistic development of students, emphasizing intellectual, personal, emotional, and social growth. It provides a challenging and comprehensive curriculum that encourages students to make connections between their studies and the real world. The program is known for its inquiry-based approach, interdisciplinary learning, and the development of skills such as critical thinking, research, and communication.
